Fress with Sless is a collection of 12 recipes - accompanied by 12 quirky and original illustrations. These are some of Justine's favourite recipes, written down for you to savour. They come from years working as a chef, time spent at the kitchen bench raising her kids and meals made and shared with family and friends for Jewish holidays like Rosh Hashanah and Passover.
The illustrations are created by her eldest daughter Ruby, who, ever since she was very little, has been magically creating a whole host of quirky characters. For each recipe, Justine has suggested music and drinks as extra ingredients, to enjoy during the cooking and eating.
